The HV2900 Max Series is a flagship High Voltage Energy Storage System (ESS) designed to meet the heavy-duty demands of commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. Built on industry-leading 314Ah High-Capacity LiFePO4 cells, a single battery module stores approximately 12kWh of energy. A single cabinet cluster can be configured up to 277.3kWh (883.2V), delivering up to 130KW of continuous output power. For mega-projects, multiple clusters can be paralleled to break the megawatt-hour barrier, reaching a massive 1109kWh (1.1MWh). With 100% Usable Energy (100% DOD), an exceptional lifespan of over 8000 cycles, and plug-and-play cabinet installation, the HV2900 Max redefines scalable, long-duration energy storage.

  • Next-Gen 314Ah Cells: Utilizes ultra-high-capacity 314Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate cells, offering superior energy density, thermal stability, and an incredible ≥8000 cycle life at 25°C.

  • 100% Usable Energy (100% DOD): Unlike standard batteries that restrict discharge limits to protect cell health, the Max Series is engineered to allow a 100% Depth of Discharge, maximizing your return on investment.

  • MWh-Scale Expansion (Up to 1.1MWh): A single cabinet array scales from 6 modules (72.3kWh) to 23 modules (277.3kWh). By paralleling multiple clusters, the system safely expands to 1109kWh, breaking capacity barriers for massive energy projects.

  • Extreme Power Output: The high-voltage architecture allows the largest 277.3kWh array to deliver 130KW of continuous power, backed by a heavy-duty 220A built-in circuit breaker and a 150A max continuous charge/discharge current (200A peak for 10s).

  • Smart HV-BOX Core Control: The entire system is centrally managed by the HV-BOX, which features an LCD status display and CAN2.0 / RS485 ports for seamless closed-loop communication with industrial-grade 3-phase high-voltage inverters.

  • Plug-and-Play Integrated Cabinet: All battery modules and the control box slide into a rugged, custom-built Indoor Rack Cabinet (IP20). This highly integrated design drastically slashes on-site installation time, footprint, and high-voltage wiring complexity.
